4. Transfers Outside the EU
Some of our processors are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified processors) or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

- Contact data: 1 year after last exchange
- Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
- Booking data: 1 year after session
- Language preference: stored locally in your browser, deleted when you clear your data
6. Cookies and Trackers
This site uses no cookies and no third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels).
The only local storage used is localStorage to remember your language choice (FR/EN). This is strictly functional storage, exempt from consent under French law.
Stripe may set fraud prevention cookies during the payment process. These cookies are strictly necessary for the payment service.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of your data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data
- Restriction: restrict processing of your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Objection: object to processing of your data

9. Changes
